This is my inaugural blog posting. As a celebration of my getting to share my dullest thoughts with the online world I will just repeat the conversation that the plumber and I have just had about London and the congestion charge not working. It is working, someone is getting rich - it is not working, because traffic here is no better than it was 7 years ago when I first started driving around London.
